One of the things that is not talked about but is absolutely necessary is Priorities or prioritizing your life. Let’s face it we are all on schedules whether we like it or not. What to do first or what to do last is subject to your own mental debate. For instance should I go running or should I just sit on my ass and read Facebook status updates for the rest of the evening? Well you know how that usually turns out. During a Zombie Apocalypse you will not have the luxury of choosing things at your own leisure. You must identify what is most important at the time and deal with it FIRST before something bad happens. Leaving things for last that should be taken care of immediately will cause serious repercussions.
