I went out and interviewed a wolf. As “Wolf Speech” is a hard language to translate I apologize to those who speak wolf. My translation is not exact. With that being said I bring you my Interview with a wolf.
“You humans are a strange species, you travel alone or in small packs of family units. You trap your animals in fences where any hunter can get them then you move them to where they are killed and cooked so that all may enjoy. All eat them not just your strong and aggressive but also the old and weak. Very few of your kind enter the wooded area for hunting.
The way you hunt is confusing to me. You look like you hunt in a pack but then when you spot your prey you do not howl to let your pack mates know and so the kill is singular. I find your killing machine you call rifle more efficient than teeth and claws but it is very noisy and if you do not hit what you aim, it is lost and must be found again. Also the kill is singular the one who kills gets all. You do not share with your pack.
Your behaviors have flaws, when wolves hunt as a pack even though we are not as big individually, as a pack we can bring down a Moose that would otherwise out run or even kill a lone wolf. While usually only the aggressive and strong eat from the hunt, the pack will allow an aged ancestor who cannot hunt eat so they may gain strength with hope they can hunt once more. There is also hope they can teach our cubs what we learned from them.
The one you call Yeti explained to me the concept of these Zombies and to me I believe they sound more like us…A Wolf instead of a human. What does this mean to you? Wolves are very dangerous because we hunt as a pack and if one is killed on a hunt then two more will take their place. I believe that these Zombies will do the same, kill one and two more will take on its place.”
To hunt a pack perhaps you must be a pack.
